Job summary

UCC Holding, a global contracting and procurement firm, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee accounting, treasury, trade finance and FP&A. The role entails SAP-based processing, banking interactions, and financial planning to support day-to-day operations and strategic decisions.

Ideal candidate holds an MA in Finance/Accounting/Economics with hands-on SAP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders both internally and with banks.

Qualifications

• MA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Strong practical experience across accounting, treasury and FP&A functions.
• Hands on experience with SAP is required.
• Experience with corporate online banking platforms and payment execution (QNB/CBQ is advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of letters of credit, bank guarantees and other trade finance instruments.
• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities in SAP and ensure accurate postings.
• Review reconciliations, accruals, and supporting documentation; assist month/year-end close.
• Manage daily treasury operations and processing of payments via corporate banking platforms.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support working capital management.
• Manage trade finance instruments (LCs, bank guarantees) and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Commercial, Legal and Operations as needed.
