Job summary

Avanceon Middle East & South Asia is looking for a highly capable GIS Team Lead / Senior GIS Engineer. The successful candidate will lead the design, administration, and enhancement of the ESRI GIS platform across a multi-server environment, ensuring system availability and performance.

The role includes providing technical leadership and hands-on support, managing overall GIS technical landscape, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of GIS experience required for Team Lead level.
• Strong hands-on experience with ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Good understanding of Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure.
