Job summary

Avanceon Middle East & South Asia is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our automation team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves leading the design, configuration, integration, and implementation of SCADA solutions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in SCADA engineering, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of SCADA platforms. This is a short-term contractual role, and candidates currently in Qatar with a valid transferable work visa are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of relevant experience in Automation / SCADA engineering roles.
• 2-3 years of experience in a technical leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SCADA solutions.
• Define and develop User Requirement Specifications (URS).
• Oversee procurement and specification of software and hardware.
