About The Project

We are initiating a secure, high-impact technology engagement for a government-sector client focused on the development of a bespoke Order Management System (OMS). The project aims to streamline complex procurement and inventory operations involving highly regulated items. Additionally, the solution will incorporate the Boomi integration platform to enable seamless data exchange, process automation, and interoperability across client system and external systems.

Role Overview

Senior Full-Stack Lead (On-site) is responsible for planning, managing sprints, ensuring architecture compliance, conducting code reviews, and handling risk logs. With expertise in React/TS, Node/NestJS, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, and security (RBAC/Audit), this role ensures the logistics system runs securely and reliably while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders to minimize risks and keep the project on track. In addition, the role leads the application-to-application integration stream using the Boomi—designing and governing integration patterns, APIs, and data mappings; establishing error-handling and monitoring; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, compliant, and scalable integrations across internal and external systems. This is a full-time, onsite engagement with immediate start and the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning & Sprint Management: Define goals, allocate tasks, and ensure progress according to the project roadmap.
• Architecture Compliance: Oversee development to align with the approved system architecture.
• Code Reviews: Maintain code quality, consistency, and security.
• Risk & Issue Management: Track risk logs and resolve issues promptly.
• Stakeholder Communication: Report progress, share updates, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively

Success Metrics (first 6-12 months)

• Study: Be open-minded and improve skillset through internal and external.
• Data-to-Agent Preparation: All required data pipelines and agent workflows are production-ready.
• Testing Completion: Agent-level testing and debugging completed before go-live.
• Production Readiness: System demonstrates robust performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Local Team Enablement: Local technical team is trained and capable of independent operation.

Qualifications

• Must-have
• Strong expertise in React/TypeScript for frontend development.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js/NestJS.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL for database design and optimization.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Knowledge of security practices (RBAC, audit logging).
• Proven ability to manage planning, sprints, architecture compliance, and code reviews.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies.
• Good teamwork skills, effective coordination with PO, QA, ...
• Proactive, progressive, able to listen and receive feedback.
• Good English reading and writing skills (fluent).
• Strong proficiency in designing and building Boomi integration processes, including data mapping and transformation across XML/JSON/EDI formats.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous), API integration (REST/SOAP), and robust error-handling practices.
• Hands-on experience managing Boomi environments, deployments, and monitoring to ensure reliable, scalable integration

Nice-to-have

• Experience in logistics or supply chain systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and scalability patterns.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Security+, Scrum Master) are advantageous.
