Qualifications

• 15+ years in HSE within the oil & gas sector.
• Experience leading emergencies in a large international firm.
• Professional credentials in Emergency/Disaster Administration desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the emergency preparedness program in the city in partnership with Asset Operators and HSE Managers.
• Develop and conduct drills, emergency response plans and training.
• Coordinate across multiple sites and teams to ensure cohesive response readiness.
