Job summary

Elegancia Industries and Contracting is seeking an experienced ELV Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale MEP projects in Qatar across commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality and infrastructure sectors. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams, and ensure HSE compliance and quality.

Candidates should have 12–15+ years in MEP, 5+ years in PM, knowledge of HVAC, Electrical,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 12–15+ years in MEP construction; 5+ years in PM.
• Proven experience leading large-scale MEP projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, ELV, Building Services.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of major MEP projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and project performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and ELV works.
• Mentor project engineers and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and quality procedures.
