Job summary

Elegancia Industries and Contracting is seeking an experienced ELV Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale MEP projects in Qatar across commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality and infrastructure sectors. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams, and ensure HSE compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 12–15+ years in MEP construction; 5+ years in PM.

• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, ELV, Building Services.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.

Job Summary: CESCO is seeking an experienced strong ELV PROJECT MANAGER to lead the execution and delivery of large‑scale Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, budget control and client satisfaction while leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of major MEP projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and ELV works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations and international standards.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and quality management procedures.
• Support commercial activities including variation orders, claims, cost control and risk management.
• Mentor and develop project engineers and site teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 12–15+ years of experience in MEP construction projects, with at least 5 years in a Project Management role.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale MEP projects from initiation through handover.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, and Building Services.
• Excellent leadership, client management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract administration knowledge.
• Proficiency in MSProject, PrimaveraP6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
