Job summary

Trades App in Doha seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee electromechanical maintenance and technical FM services across facilities. You will ensure reliable building operations, compliant maintenance delivery, and alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 7+ years of total experience, 5+ years in FM, GCC project exposure, and fluency in Arabic and English. Certifications such as CFM/FMP/SFP and QCDD are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years total experience with 5+ years in Facility Management.
• GCC experience on large-scale electromechanical/FM projects.
• 3 years' experience managing schools/kindergartens preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, ELV, BMS, HVAC, elevators & fire protection.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
• CFM, FMP or SFP certification preferred; QCDD preferred.
• Grade A by Kahramaa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily electromechanical and technical FM operations.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, ELV, BMS, HVAC, elevators, and fire protection systems.
• Lead engineers, supervisors, technicians, and service providers.
• Monitor performance and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure QHSE compliance and standards adherence.
• Plan resources and supervise multiple technical teams.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
