Job summary

Flip retail is seeking an FM Engineer (Facility Maintenance Engineer) with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Design or Mechanical Engineering to oversee building systems in Doha.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of functioning experience in facility or residential property monitoring, at least 3 years in the GCC, and strong expertise in Electrical and Mechanical systems; QCDD certification and Grade B from Kahramaa are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Design or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of functioning experience in facility or residential property monitoring.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the GCC region.
• Expertise in Electrical and Mechanical systems.
• QCDD certification and Grade B from Kahramaa preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environment guidelines.
• Ideally Lebanese nationality.
