Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a relevant technical qualification.
• Total professional experience of 10+ years.
• At least 3 years' experience with schools and kindergartens.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning and cooling systems.
• Proven supervisory experience on similar-sized projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and daily maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning and cooling systems.
• Allocate work and monitor technical team performance.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health procedures.
• Coordinate with Facilities Engineers and Managers.
• Evaluate individual and team performance.
