Job summary

KinTec Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Planner in Doha, Qatar, to plan and support maintenance programs for electrical systems across the site, coordinating shutdowns and major projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of field maintenance experience, and strong planning skills. Proficiency with SAP, CMMS, and MS Office, plus fluent English, is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of field maintenance experience.
• 3+ years in maintenance planning roles in petrochemical or oil & gas industries.
• Proficiency with SAP, CMMS and MS Office.
• Fluent English communication.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support maintenance plans and coordinate shutdowns and major projects.
• Prepare detailed work orders, materials, and planning cards for electrical PM/repair jobs.
• Coordinate with electrical engineers for weekly and shutdown planning and scheduling.
• Verify and schedule work requests by priority and resource availability.
• Identify spare parts and prepare procurement specifications.
• Maintain maintenance histories and plan major overhauls with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment procedures.
