Job summary

Artan Holding in Doha seeks a senior leader to build and manage the Students Recruitment team, driving targets and expanding CUQ into new market segments in Qatar and beyond.

You will design recruitment strategies, oversee campaigns, nurture relationships with schools and international agencies, and leverage CRM and AI tools to optimize the pipeline while ensuring data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the Students Recruitment team and meet targets and KPIs.
• Plan and execute CUQ expansion to different market segments.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies.
• Manage recruitment campaigns.
• Build relationships with high schools, corporations and international recruitment agencies.
• Oversee team operations and performance to ensure targets are met.
• Provide product and sales training to the recruitment team.
• Utilize CRM and AI tools for lead capture, qualification and nurturing.
• Optimize the sales pipeline with CRM insights.
• Make data-driven decisions using analytics.
• Develop partnerships with international education agencies and academia.
• Develop and manage recruitment collateral and display materials.
• Strategically define and execute recruitment plans to raise CUQ brand awareness.
• Meet with senior management to discuss recruitment needs and assignments.
• Support exhibitions and events as needed.
• Liaise with government authorities, ministries and corporate clients locally and internationally.
• Manage the Business Development team and confidential information.
• Plan and execute activities to meet recruitment and admission targets and KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports and track KPI progress.
• Engage corporate clients and establish Prime Strategic Partnerships ensuring KPIs are met.
• Maintain relationships with key employers to create opportunities (work placements, internships, training).
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote CUQ programs and maximize applications/enrolments.
• Network across Qatar to maximize recruitment opportunities.
• Prepare presentations for corporate entities detailing CUQ programmes.
• Nurture relationships with ministries and governmental agencies to secure enrolments.
