UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead integrated Digital EPC projects from mobilization through commissioning and handover. Qualifications

• Digital EPC lifecycle knowledge including requirements, design, procurement, installation, integration, testing and handover.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage clients, authorities and technology partners.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, configuration control and testing evidence for complex digital projects.
• Experience coordinating ICT, ELV, data-centre, security, automation and smart-technology interfaces.
• Proven track record in budgeting, scheduling, risk management and commercial controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day execution of integrated Digital EPC projects from mobilization to closeout.
• Control scope, schedule, milestones and handover planning, driving recovery when needed.
• Ensure HSE, quality and technical compliance with specs and standards.
• Monitor budget, commitments and cash flow; support variation and entitlement management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and interfaces across ICT, ELV, power and mechanical systems.
• Manage procurement of long-lead technology, software, licensing and OEM documentation.
• Direct construction readiness, subcontractor performance and interface resolution.
• Maintain relationships with clients, authorities, operators and technology partners.
• Manage risk, changes, configurations and cybersecurity requirements.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and operational handover including training and documentation.
