Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a highly technical Senior Manager, Defense Engineering to lead delivery of AI-enabled defense applications across the Middle East, especially for defense and national security clients. You will bridge deep defense domain knowledge with full stack engineering, guiding architectural decisions and secure, scalable delivery.

You will manage an engineering team, drive velocity, ensure mission-critical standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and government partners

Qualifications

• Extensive backend and full-stack engineering experience.
• Leadership of engineering teams in complex, mission-driven environments.
• Deep domain knowledge in defense, national security and regulatory requirements.
