Qualifications

• Strong command of statistics, experimental design, and a broad modeling toolkit (ML, time-series, deep learning).
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into rigorous, decision-ready analyses for executives.
• Commitment to reproducibility and continuous learning in ML methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of advanced analytics and statistical modeling projects from framing to insight.
• Translate business questions into well-defined data science problems with measurable hypotheses.
• Define modeling methodology, experimentation standards, and model validation across the team.
• Build, evaluate, and interpret predictive and statistical models using Python and SQL.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders with clear narratives and visuals.
• Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with ML/AI engineers for productionization.
