Job summary

BAE Systems Doha seeks an experienced Cyber Security Architect contractor to support the Cyber Security Engineering and Architecture section, delivering security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and advisory services across enterprise systems, cloud, and applications.

You will work with IAM, SIEM, EDR/XDR, WAF, SASE, Zero Trust, and security automation tools, applying standards like NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, GDPR, and PCI-DSS while coordinating with business units and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field; higher degree or certifications preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in security architecture/engineering, enterprise security.
• CISSP/CISM/SABSA/TOGAF and cloud security certs (CCSP, Azure Security, AWS Security) preferred; other relevant certs considered.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security architecture reviews and risk assessments across enterprise systems, cloud and applications.
• Develop security control mapping, baselines, and architecture standards.
• Provide technical advisory support and incident response assistance as needed.
• Translate cybersecurity concepts and risks into clear business language for stakeholders.
