Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, information security or related field with focus on security domains.
• Certification from a recognized Common Criteria certification body preferred.
• Strong background in IT security governance and risk management.
• Proven experience with QA/QMS and certification processes.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, improve and maintain QMS for multiple schemes under NISCF.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations and guidelines.
• Review the quality of technical content and certification documentation.
• Lead internal audits and manage corrective/preventive actions.
• Organize scheme management review meetings and governance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date QMS documents and records for auditability.
• Mentor CB team members and evaluators on certification processes.
• Stay current with ISO/IEC standards and Common Criteria developments.
• Provide guidance on policies, standards, procedures, and KPIs.
