Job summary

Turner & Townsend International Limited seeks a seasoned quantity surveyor in Qatar to deliver pre-contract and post-contract services for real estate and MEP projects. You will prepare Bills of Quantities and manage interim valuations to protect margins, supporting robust change control with commercial rigour.

Interface with clients, contractors and consultants, applying CostX and BIM knowledge to drive informed decisions across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• MRICS membership is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in similar roles (e.g., data centres).
• Knowledge of CostX; BIM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities for building and MEP works.
• Manage post-contract cost variances and interim applications.
• Lead change control processes and variation valuation.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and consultants to drive informed decisions.
