Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Cost Manager for its Real Estate team in Qatar. The role focuses on accurate measurement of building and MEP works, pricing to win work, and preparing detailed Bills of Quantities across large, complex projects including data centres and offices.

You will engage in pre- and post-contract services, manage variances, and lead change control while collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure financial success and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate / Property cost consultancy.
• Pre-contract services from feasibility to tendering, measurement and pricing of BOQ.
• Post-contract services, interim applications, change management and valuation of variations.
• Familiarity with standard contracts; FIDIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate measurement capability for building and MEP works with accuracy and speed.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities to support project delivery and margins.
• Manage post-contract cost variances and lead change control processes.
• Produce timely reports and information for informed decision-making.
• Interface confidently with clients, contractors and consultants as a trusted advisor.
