Ably Resources Ltd. is partnering with a leading energy organisation in Qatar to recruit a Senior Cost Engineer. You will drive cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control across multi-stage civil and infrastructure projects from FEED through close-out.

The role requires extensive experience in cost engineering, procurement support, and tender evaluation, with strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment in Qatar.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
• CEP or CCE certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Minimum 10 years' hands-on experience in cost engineering and estimation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates across all project stages (studies, FEED, EPIC, tenders).
• Prepare preliminary estimates for scope options and evaluate cost impacts of changes.
• Establish and manage contingencies using cost risk analysis techniques.
• Maintain full traceability of estimates with documentation.
• Review contractor invoices, claims, and cost reports; support commercial close-out.
