Job summary

GIS MIC in Qatar seeks a Contracts Manager with 5–7 years in Oil & Gas to oversee contract documentation, tender strategies and bid evaluations.

You will coordinate with technical teams, contractors and suppliers, manage awards, amendments and renewals, monitor contract KPIs and ensure HSE and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong negotiation, risk assessment and vendor management; you will report to the Commercial Director and support claims and disputes resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce or equivalent.
• 5–7 years postgraduate experience in Oil & Gas contracts management.
• Strong experience in tendering, commercial negotiations, contract administration and bid evaluation.
• Advanced knowledge of Contracts & Procurement processes and tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
