Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant, Services Business Development for Non-Bank Institutions to lead consultative sales across data products and analytics, engaging C-Suite stakeholders and building lasting partnerships in Retail, Fintech, and Digital segments.

You will own end-to-end sales, refine value propositions, and collaborate with Marketing and Advisory teams to deliver multi-year revenue growth. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales across data products, platforms, and analytic services.
• Strong commercial drive with ability to monetize senior client relationships.
• Ability to own and drive end-to-end sales from prospecting through signed contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage business development activities for Services within Retail & Commerce and Fintech & Digital segments in Qatar and Kuwait with direct revenue and sales responsibilities.
• Refine the value proposition of new and existing Services capabilities to meet executive needs.
• Serve as the face of Mastercard Services to senior client stakeholders, including C-Suite Executives.
• Develop value-driven narratives and presentations to generate new multi-year revenues.
• Drive coordination across demand generation, marketing, and sales teams.
