Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group is seeking a seasoned recruitment professional for the Qatar construction sector. You will manage end-to-end recruiting, source candidates through multiple channels, and screen and interview applicants to build a strong pipeline for technical and non-technical roles.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate databases, and ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with project needs, while preparing recruitment reports and facilitating pre-employment

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the Qatar construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar recruitment market and local candidate pool.
• Experience recruiting construction professionals, technical staff, and skilled workers.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for construction-related positions.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Handle candidate communication and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment for both technical and non-technical construction positions.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per project requirements.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Coordinate document collection and pre-employment requirements.
