Job summary

Swan Global Investments, LLC is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for construction roles in Qatar. The role requires sourcing candidates through portals, databases, referrals, and social networks, plus screening and interviewing applicants.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of the Qatar market, 5+ years of recruitment experience in construction, and fluency in Arabic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the Qatar construction sector.
• Arabic Speaker – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar recruitment market and local candidate pool.
• Experience recruiting construction professionals, technical staff, and skilled workers.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Coordinate document collection and pre-employment requirements.
