Job summary

Swan Global Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Manager – Staffing & Recruitment in Doha to lead business development and revenue growth in the government and private sectors. You will develop strategies, build a strong client base, and close staffing outsourcing contracts while coordinating with recruitment and operations teams to fulfill requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, 5+ years in staffing sales, and deep knowledge of the Qatar market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Manpower Outsourcing in Qatar.
• 8 to 10 years of overall experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Strong Qatar market experience is required.
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, market research, referrals, and direct client engagement.
• Identify and pursue relevant Government and Semi-Government tenders and manpower opportunities.
• Coordinate preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing and manpower outsourcing contracts.
• Develop existing accounts through renewals, extensions, cross-selling, and additional manpower requirements.
• Work closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular management reports.
• Achieve agreed sales, revenue, client acquisition, and business development KPIs.
