Job summary

Lanco Group is seeking a Construction Manager for a Dafna, Doha, Qatar assignment. Location: Dafna, Doha. Duration: 6 Months – 1 Year. Start Date: Immediately. Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.

The role requires 10–12+ years of progressive construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager capacity, and a strong focus on safety and quality standards on complex projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 10–12+ years of progressive construction experience.
At least 5 years as a Construction Manager.
Experience handling complex residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
In-depth understanding of civil structures, architectural finishing standards, and construction methodologies.
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and site management capabilities.
Superior communication skills.
High commitment to site safety and quality standards.
BSc in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
Valid UPDA Registration — mandatory.
Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.
