Job summary

Doha-based construction firm is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with at least 5 years of large-scale project oversight. The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field and strong English communication.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, timelines, and coordination with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure quality and compliance with local codes. Salary is stated at $900 per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Experience working on large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution.
• Develop project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project is on track and safety protocols are being followed.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
• Manage project budget and approve expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and building codes.
