Job summary

MEEZA QSTP in Doha seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to lead and optimize Windows Server, VMware, and Azure hybrid environments. You will design AD/Azure AD, manage VMware clusters, and implement IaaS/PaaS solutions to ensure high performance and resilience.

With 5–8 years of IT experience and relevant certifications, you will collaborate with security, architecture, and vendors to deliver secure, compliant services across on‑premise and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent.
Relevant technology advanced certification -e.g. VMWare VCP, Microsoft MCSDo
ITIL V3 / V4 Foundation
Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

Responsibilities

Provide advanced functional support for enterprise Windows Server and hybrid cloud environments.
Design, manage, and optimize Active Directory and Azure AD services.
Lead VMware infrastructure operations including vMotion, HA, DRS, and capacity optimization.
Architect, configure, and support Azure IaaS and PaaS services to meet business needs.
Deliver ownership of Azure components: VMs, VNets, VPN/ExpressRoute, Load Balancers.
Implement and manage Azure security features: RBAC, Conditional Access, Key Vault.
Deliver administration of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Oversee patching, vulnerability remediation, and OS hardening across hybrids.
Provide L3/L4 escalation support and resolve complex infra issues.
Mentor engineers and drive service improvements.
