Job summary

ISS International SpA seeks a highly motivated Civil Supervisor to join our client in the fertilizer industry in Qatar. You will provide on-site supervision of contractor activities, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and client requirements.

You will coordinate with the Structural Engineer to review method statements, monitor construction drawings, and maintain thorough maintenance history and closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years direct civil experience in oil/gas or fertiliser industries.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client HSE requirements and ensure full compliance.
• Direct and supervise contractors on site within client facilities.
• Assist in reviewing and approving Work Method Statements with the Structural Engineer.
• Track and document maintenance history and closeout reports.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with quality requirements and drawings.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and attend site inspections to verify work.
