Job summary

ISS International SpA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our client in the fertilizer industry based in Qatar. The role requires on-site supervision, strict adherence to HSE requirements, and ensuring all activities meet client and authorities' safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years direct and relevant Civil experience in oil/gas, petrochemical or fertiliser industries.
• At least 3 years in a supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Be fully aware of Client HSE requirements and ensure activities comply with those rules.
• Directs and provide close onsite supervision of all jobs by contractors in the assigned area.
• Ensure implementation of Client Contract requirements and report deviations.
• Contribute to safety walks, report and investigate accidents.
• Supervise civil maintenance activities and assist the Structural Engineer.
• Review and approve Work Method Statements; follow up to ensure compliance with drawings.
• Provide accurate maintenance history and closeout reports.
• Identify and communicate risks; coordinate with engineers and other disciplines.
