The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 5–7 years of experience in high-rise or mega projects in the Middle East, and is proficient in AutoCAD and project management software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
5–7 years of experience in high-rise building or tower construction projects is required.
Experience with mega projects in the Middle East is highly preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software is expected.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site civil construction activities, including structural works, foundations, and finishing.
Interpret construction drawings and ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and method statements.
Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
