Job summary

Swan Global is seeking an Architectural Facilities Engineer in Doha, Qatar to bridge architectural design with facility operations. You will oversee maintenance, renovations, code compliance, and space planning across the portfolio.

Responsibilities include managing architectural projects, ensuring safety standards, reviewing CAD/BIM documents, and coordinating with mechanical/electrical teams to integrate systems. A degree in a related field and 5–7 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture required.
• 5–7 years of facility management or architectural project management experience.
• Experience with government or commercial buildings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Maintenance & Integrity: manage maintenance, repair, and upgrades of architectural elements.
• Project and Renovation Oversight: lead small to mid-size architectural projects end-to-end.
• Compliance and Standards: ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Design & Documentation: review drawings/specs; keep records of architectural assets.
• Collaboration: work with Electromechanical Facilities Engineer to integrate building systems.
• Cost Control: perform feasibility studies and cost estimates; manage budget and schedule.
