Job summary

Parsons seeks a skilled Civil 3D BIM Modeler in Qatar to develop detailed 3D models for stormwater drainage and wet utilities, coordinating with engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy and constructibility. You will create coordinated models and drawings in line with project standards, performing quality checks and supporting design integration.

The role requires a civil engineering background, 7 years’ Autodesk Civil 3D experience on infrastructure projects, and proficiency with AutoCAD

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
7 years' experience in Autodesk Civil 3D BIM modelling for civil works, with focus on wet utilities and stormwater drainage.
Proven experience as Civil 3D Modeler on infrastructure projects (water, sewer, stormwater).
Proficient in Civil 3D and related modelling tools.

Responsibilities

Create detailed, coordinated 3D models for wet utility systems (water mains, sewer, stormwater).
Develop and maintain Civil 3D models and drawings per project standards.
Collaborate with engineers, BIM coordinators and other modelers to ensure design intent and coordination.
Perform quality checks and revisions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop alignments, profiles and corridors; handle Data Shortcut workflows.
