Job summary

Swan Global is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler for HVAC, Fire & Plumbing to support a major project at Hamad International Airport. You will develop, update and maintain BIM models, coordinate with MEP teams, and ensure model accuracy.

The role is contract-based for 3 months with extendability, and provides furnished accommodation, meals, and transportation for on-site work in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire & Plumbing modeling.
• Experience with BIM tools (Revit preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models for HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure accurate system integration.
• Perform clash detection and resolve technical conflicts.
• Ensure models comply with project drawings and specifications.
• Support the design and site team with model-related requirements.
