Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional BIM coordination experience in wet utilities
• Proficiency with BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) for 3D modeling and clash detection
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and build accurate models from specs
• Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams on infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for wet utilities using Revit/Navisworks
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural/structural models to resolve clashes
• Perform clash detection analyses and generate solution reports
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation from BIM models
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and stakeholders for accuracy
• Manage BIM data, ensure consistency and project standard compliance
• Interpret drawings and specs to accurately represent wet utilities in the model
• Support BIM coordination meetings and provide modeling guidance
• Ensure compliance with Qatar GCC building codes and standards
• Maintain organized project files for data retrieval and continuity
