Jumboqatar is looking for an experienced Cash Accounting Manager to oversee daily operations and elevate team performance. You will mentor members, enforce accounting principles, and collaborate across Finance and Shared Service areas to improve processes. Qualifications

• Mentor and guide the cash accounting team members, developing and sharing best practices.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the cash accounting team.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Partner with groups across the Finance and Shared Service areas to identify and remediate process inefficiencies that are causing a high number of reconciling items.
• Prepare/review periodic reporting to management on the status of cash clearing and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Compile and evaluate marketing and financial data for senior leadership.
• Provide precise account-level information for customer correspondence.
• Collaborate on production issues.
• Prepare position reports and report on P&L movements.
• Provide analysis and commentary on balance sheet movements.
