Value Real Estate & Construction is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead accounting, financial reporting, and payroll operations in Doha. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance with IFRS and Qatar regulations, and timely month-end close.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cash flow management, AP/AR/GL, and coordinating external audits. Strong WPS knowledge and ERP proficiency are required to drive financial integrity across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, WPS, taxation, budgeting, audit, and IFRS.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage payroll processing and WPS salary transfers.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar tax regulations.
• Coordinate external audits and tax requirements.
• Monitor project costs, expenses, and profitability.
