Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role; multinational company or accounting firm experience preferred.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Conduct internal audits to identify improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
