Job summary

People Dynamics is seeking a Production Manager in Qatar with 15-20 years in plant operation and cable manufacturing. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering for the cable line and will demonstrate strong leadership and Lean experience.

You will lead engineers, foremen, supervisors and operators, drive continual improvement, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with Supply Chain to meet annual production targets and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years' experience in plant operation and cable manufacturing.
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering in the cable manufacturing line.
• Understanding Lean Principles and techniques.
• Lead engineers, foremen, supervisors and operators to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team to achieve yearly output targets while ensuring safety, quality and delivery.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics to issue job cards for machines.
• Monitor material usage, reduce scrap and rework through continual improvement.
• Ensure equipment calibration and proper maintenance in coordination with maintenance.
