Job summary

Anti Doping Lab Qatar is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Maintenance Engineer to oversee the safe operation and upkeep of lab and biomedical equipment in Doha. You will lead preventive maintenance programs, ensure safety and quality compliance, and coordinate with vendors to maintain reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in biomedical maintenance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficiency in computer-based maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for biomedical equipment.
• Manage service contracts, calibrations, and vendor performance.
• Maintain and update biomedical equipment inventory and service records.
• Provide technical support, training, and safety guidance to lab users.
• Prepare technical reports and specifications for new equipment purchases.
