Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend development experience, including 5+ years with .NET Core.
• Strong expertise in RESTful services and gRPC with focus on maintainability and scalability.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB and DynamoDB databases.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ and asynchronous/distributed systems.
• Proficient in software design patterns and refactoring techniques.
• Proven experience in unit, integration and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services using .NET Core 8 with integration to other system components.
• Optimize database performance through query optimization and efficient data models.
• Participate in system design discussions for scalable and maintainable architectures.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve team quality.
• Implement refactoring to improve existing codebases.
• Write unit and integration tests with high coverage.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex production and development issues.
• Document decisions and systems to support knowledge sharing.
• Participate in production deployments and post-release verification.
