Job summary

Starlink WLL in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced AV/ELV Project Lead to design, manage, and deliver complex AV/ELV solutions for sports venues and large-scale events. You will drive requirements, scope, risk assessments, and integration planning across stakeholders and contractors.

The role demands 8+ years in AV/ELV design/implementation, a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, and CTS certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AV/ELV technologies, standards, and best practices.
• Proven project management experience with multiple projects.
• Experience with large-scale AV/ELV projects in sports venues or similar environments preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and gathering solution requirements from stakeholders/clients.
• Developing the technical scope and specifications for AV/ELV solutions.
• Conducting design validation, risk assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Planning integration of AV/ELV components for seamless operation.
• Providing guidance on AV/ELV technologies and best practices.
• Managing AV/ELV projects from initiation to completion.
• Scheduling resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinating with clients, contractors and team members.
• Overseeing installation, commissioning, and performance testing.
• Maintaining project documentation and progress reports.
• Providing ongoing technical support for hosted events and operations.
• Developing emergency response procedures for AV/ELV solutions.
