Job summary

Malomatia is seeking a Delivery Unit Leader for Application Development to oversee end-to-end SDLC for the company\u2019s custom application portfolio. You will guide software delivery teams and ensure quality across deliverables.

You will collaborate with the Practice Leader – Application Development & Management to drive process improvements, align with client needs, and build the team\'s capabilities. Candidates should have 12+ years in IT management with a focus on application development

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively larger experience in information technology management with focus on application development/package implementation.
• At least 8 years of experience in managing a Scrum project/team through all phases of the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of the SDLC for Malomatia’s custom application development portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Practice Leader – Application Development & Management to improve deliverable quality, drive process improvements, and develop the team’s capabilities.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and client needs.
