Job summary

Hayat Universal School (HUBS) is seeking a dedicated individual to support student behavior management and student wellbeing. You will assist counselors, teachers, and department heads, ensure policy implementation, and help maintain confidentiality while fostering teamwork across staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience (2 in a similar role), and strong bilingual communication in Arabic and English. Excellent organization and the ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Age 22–35 years.
• 3+ years of experience; at least 2 in a similar role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written).
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proactive, positive attitude, and works with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist counselors, teachers, and department heads in student behavior management and wellbeing.
• Ensure policy implementation for student behavior management aligns with school objectives.
• Maintain confidentiality and promote teamwork among staff.
