Responsibilities

• Assist counselors, teachers and department heads in behavior management and student wellbeing.
• Implement school policies related to student behavior and wellbeing.
• Maintain confidentiality and support teamwork among staff.
• Communicate actions taken to teachers and parents as needed.
• Organize reflection room and counselors’ offices with displays and posters.
• Maintain student files and organize paperwork for future use.
