Job summary

Hayat Universal School (HUBS) Qatar seeks a dedicated support staff member to assist counselors, teachers and department heads in Student Behavior Management and Student Well Being. You will help implement policies to serve school objectives and maintain confidentiality while fostering teamwork among staff involved.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience, and strong Arabic/English communication.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ability to work with children and adults in a cooperative manner.
• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to school counselors, teachers and Department Heads in Student Behavior Management and Student Well Being.
• Implement school policies and procedures related to Student Behavior Management and Student Well Being.
• Maintain confidentiality and promote teamwork among staff involved.
