Swan Global Holdings Group is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to lead daily scaffold activities at Ras Laffan, Qatar. You will ensure compliance with QE-LNG requirements, approved procedures, and site HSE standards while coordinating scaffolding crews and prioritising safety.

The role requires proven supervision of erection, modification, dismantling, inspections, tagging, and handover, with a strong focus on working-at-height safety.

Qualifications

• QE-LNG approval required for Scaffolding Supervisor role.
• Oil & Gas, LNG, petrochemical, or industrial project supervision experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of erection, modification, dismantling, inspection and tagging of scaffolding.
• Strong understanding of working-at-height safety, fall protection, and site HSE requirements.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily scaffolding activities and activities related to erection, modification, dismantling, and maintenance.
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with QE-LNG requirements, approved procedures, and site HSE standards.
• Coordinate scaffolding teams and allocate tasks according to project priorities and safety requirements.
• Verify scaffolding is erected and modified by competent personnel using approved materials and methods.
• Ensure scaffold inspections, tagging, and handover are completed before scaffolds are released for use.
• Monitor compliance with working-at-height procedures, fall protection, and other applicable safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily scaffolding activities, including erection, modification, dismantling, and maintenance.
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with QE-LNG requirements, approved procedures, and site HSE standards.
• Coordinate scaffolding teams and allocate tasks according to project priorities and safety requirements.
• Verify that scaffolding is erected and modified by competent personnel using approved materials and methods.

Requirements

• QE-LNG-approved Scaffolding Supervisor status is mandatory.
• Relevant scaffolding supervision experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding erection, modification, dismantling, inspection, and tagging procedures.
• Good understanding of working-at-height safety, fall protection, and site HSE requirements.
• Experience leading scaffolding crews and coordinating daily site activities.
• Valid and verifiable QE-LNG approval and relevant competency certificates.
• Must be available to work at Ras Laffan under the specified work schedule.
