Job summary

Saipem is seeking a skilled Scaffolder for offshore scaffolding work in Qatar. The role includes erection activities according to safety and quality standards, following Foreman instructions, and ensuring equipment is safe and compliant.

• Valid offshore certificates are required.
• Availability to work in the Middle East (Qatar) is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scaffolding erection activities in accordance with safety and quality requirements.
• Follow daily instructions given by Foreman.
• Verify that equipment and materials are in good and safe condition and report anomalies.
• Coordinate with adjacent works to minimize activities and avoid unsafe conditions.
• Follow the permit-to-work procedure.
• Maintain housekeeping of the work location.

Mission:

• Ensure the performance of scaffolding erection following Foreman instructions and in accordance with safety and quality standards

Tasks:

• Perform scaffolding erection activities in accordance with safety and quality requirements
• Follow daily instructions given by Foreman
• Verify the equipment and materials are in good and safe operating conditions and report an y anomalies to Foreman
• Ensure coordination with the adjacent works to minimize activities and avoid unsafe conditions
• Follow the permit-to-work statement
• Ensure the housekeeping of the work location

Requirements:

• To apply you must have previous offshore scaffolding experience
• Experience with offshore hook-up activities are beneficial
• Valid offshore certificates
• Availability to work in the Middle East
