Job summary

JOBZE in Qatar – Doha seeks a Finance Director to lead Controlling & Reporting for UCCH and affiliates, ensuring IFRS-compliant consolidation, accurate statutory and management reporting, and timely executive insights. You will oversee month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and group submissions, with SAP experience and a strong Big 4 background preferred.

Qualified professionals hold a CPA/ACCA/CA and 12–15+ years in financial reporting or controlling, with EPC/contract accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CA qualification is mandatory.
• 12–15+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, audit, or financial controlling.
• Big 4 background preferred, minimum 2 years at Audit Manager level.
• Deep IFRS knowledge, group consolidation requirements, and EPC contract accounting.
• Familiarity with SAP and enterprise reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Manage consolidation of subsidiaries, JVs, and affiliated entities per IFRS.
• Ensure intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Oversee group reporting submissions and executive-level packs.
• Strengthen financial monitoring, controls, and governance across units.
• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes.
