Job summary

PromoQ in Doha, Qatar is seeking a professional spa therapist to provide massages, facials, waxing and related beauty treatments in line with salon protocols. You will prepare and maintain treatment rooms, manage product stock and ensure sanitation standards are followed.

You will actively promote salon services and retail, handle guests’ questions professionally, provide prompt responses, maintain a positive work environment, and assist in all salon operations as directed.

• Provide professional body and beauty treatments per salon protocols.
• Prepare, clean and help maintain treatment rooms and work areas.
• Maintain stock of products in treatment areas.
• Have complete knowledge of all services and products offered.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed.
• Actively promote salon services and retail, including promotions.
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally.
• Provide accurate, timely responses to client requests.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
• Assist in all areas of salon operations as requested by management.

• Provide professional body and beauty treatments such as assorted massages, body scrubs, body wraps, facials, waxing, etc., in accordance with salon protocols.
• Prepare, clean and help maintain the treatment rooms and other work areas.
• Maintain a stock of products such as oils, lotions, creams in their treatment areas.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by salon’s policies and procedures.
• Actively promote the salon, treatments services and retail as well as promotions/discounts available.
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Assist in all areas of salon operations as requested by management.
